Events
What a thrilling day we had at our social lawn bowls event in December at the fabulous Ivanhoe Bowls Club!
Despite the skies playing a game of suspense with us, hinting at rain, we stayed dry and rolled on! Over 30 of our amazing staff members showed up, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the greens.
The event was not just about the bowls but also about the fantastic company, delicious pizza, and refreshing drinks that kept our spirits high. It's the little moments like these that bring us all together!
Celebrating 16 glorious years at Trafficworks!
Our Trafficworks family and their partners gathered for our annual dinner at the charming Craft & Co in Collingwood. What a night to remember!
This year marked our 16th anniversary, and we are proud of how far we have journeyed together. It was a night filled with joy, laughter, and heartwarming moments as we recognised the dedication and achievements of our team.
A special shoutout to those who received length of service awards– your commitment and passion drive our success. We also celebrated major milestones throughout the year, reflecting on our collective hard work and perseverance.
A day dedicated to reminding us all to check in with the people around us. A simple conversation can make a world of difference.

Harmony week (20 to 26 March) is a time to celebrate Australian multiculturalism and the successful integration of migrants into our community. Australia is one of the most successful multicultural countries in the world, and we took time to celebrate this!
The message of Harmony week this year is that everyone belongs. Did you know that at Trafficworks, we have at least ten ethnicities represented, including Chinese, Greek, Indian, Italian, Kazakh, Korean, Lebanese, Mauritian, Somalian and Vietnamese, representing over 16% of our workforce?
It was great to be able to celebrate our move into our newly renovated office space and the end of another successful year with the team!
